Deposits & Cancellation
A deposit of 1 night’s stay is required on booking.  If cancellation is necessary we will refund your deposit less a £25 administration fee only if we are able to re-book the room.

Payment Methods
We can accept payments by cash, cheque or PayPal.

Children
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for children of 14 years and younger.  However we may permit younger children if you wish to book all rooms.  Please enquire before booking.

Pets
We regret that we have no facilities to accommodate pets.  We do have a dog of our own so if you suffer a dog allergy you may want to consider this before booking with us.

Smoking
For the comfort and safety of our guests, Rafters is non smoking.

Liability
The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the guests risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss, injury or damage.

Exclusive Use
Special rates may be available for exclusive use.  Please enquire. 

Minimum Stay
We prefer a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekdays and 3 nights on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
